I was very grateful that this clinic was able to see my puppy on short notice after a very stressful weekend. My one-year-old pup had been experiencing vomiting and diarrhea, and when I woke up Monday morning to find blood in her stool, I was extremely worried. Thankfully, they were able to fit us in quickly. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me disappointed. My dog is incredibly anxious and fearful in public settings, especially at the vet. She is a medium-sized, very strong puppy who was visibly shaking and terrified when we arrived. There were two employees at the front desk when I struggled to get her through the door, but neither acknowledged us or offered any assistance. I had to inform them that we were there for an appointment. The interaction felt cold and purely transactional. I was handed paperwork without so much as a smile or any recognition that both my dog and I were clearly distressed. When the technician called my dog’s name, she simply said it and walked down the hallway without waiting or offering guidance as I struggled to manage my frightened puppy. Throughout the appointment, I often felt rushed and interrupted while trying to explain what had been happening with my dog. The veterinarian was fine, and I don’t have any strong positive or negative comments regarding that portion of the visit. However, the young woman who checked us out afterward was the one bright spot of the experience. She was kind, patient, answered my questions, and even offered to take my credit card to the front desk so I wouldn’t have to leave my anxious dog alone. Her compassion was greatly appreciated. Because my dog was so nervous, she had an accident in the car on the way there. When I asked for something to help clean it up, the response I received felt dismissive and rude. I came back inside simply needing a place to wash my hands. No one was at the front desk, and I had to find three employees standing around the corner talking before I could ask where the restroom was located. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what stood out to me most was the lack of compassion and empathy. When people bring their pets to a veterinarian, they’re often scared, worried, and emotional. A little kindness goes a long way. While I appreciate that my puppy was able to receive care, the customer service and overall atmosphere did not reflect the level of compassion I expect from a veterinary practice.

Love this vet office and Dr Sears was compassionate and professional. They saw my dog for an emergency even though we had never been there before.
