Everyone here is amazing, staff are very kind and willing to help. Even gave me a list of low-cost vaccine clinics as they realized it was a bit pricey. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that its pretty much impossible to book an appointment for any urgent needs - they are booked two weeks out consistently. I understand that’s not within their control and thankfully we have pet urgent cares nearby, but just know that going into it

The receptionist greeted me and my two cats when we walked in the door. Before the exam, the vet and her assistant gave my cats treats and scratches to be sure they were comfortable . They were so relaxed that the vet could give them their rabies shots without being held. It was a busy day at the clinic but our appointment was not rushed. VCA Brentwood is the best.
